Royal Crown Bakery in Staten Island

I am obsessed with Carlos Bakery’s Lobster tails but the moment I tried these bakeries lobster tails and cannolis I will never go back to Carlos. The pastries were amazing. I also had the fruit tarts and I was surprised with how fresh the berries were and even though I ate them the day after the tart wasn’t soggy or soft. I give this place 5 stars and can’t wait to go back and get more. Definitely recommend!!!

Get your act together, Royal Crown! You have too many people milling around outside without masks. Also, you should not allow ANYONE inside without a mask.

Great food whether it's breakfast or lunch. It does get busy and takes a little longer than average to get food but it's worth the wait. Fantastic bagles and bread. Pastries are also really good. Additional parking is also down the block from the place.

Great bakery that’s very well known in the metro area. Very clean and organized bakery that offers several dozen options of pies, cakes, pastries, desserts and breads. Prices are a bit higher than others but you get great taste and quality in return. I definitely recommend.

Food is great. There may be a line but its worth the wait! Sandwitches are excellent.

A staten island landmark! Amazing food, from desert to lunch. Awesome staff. A bit pricey, but worth it. Parking situation is a disaster. Alway packed. Great for takeout. Bakery is the best.

I LOVE their cheesecake in caramel cone. The girl gave me the wrong order. The box was tied so I did not check, Came home n I was so disappointed. I live about 25 mins away from the bakery. So did not want to drive back. Kids enjoyed their desserts.

Everything in this cafe looks very tasty. We bought a whole cake and baguette. The cake and baguette were not delicious. We were disappointed.

My friend, a Staten Island native, took my group and me here for lunch, and it was super.Everything was just so fresh and delicious, I was blown away. I got the roast beef sandwich with fresh mozzarella and balsamic, with extra balsamic to dip into. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to the island!

Great assortment of desserts/cakes. Have purchased pastries & cakes from them for several occasions - always delicious. There’s usually a line but it moves fairly quick.

One small pork chop and 2 pieces of cauliflower at $14.36..... Cmon Man, that's insane... And it wasn't even that good. I don't mind to paying for food but that is a little outrageous.. With all the hype that comes with this establishment I thought it'd be a little better.. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I needed a few items, went in and asked for a 1/4 lb of prosciutto. I was turned away because it was not 3pm yet and for some reason you can't order cold cuts till 3pm. However cold cut sandwiches were being made on the slicer. Did I mention that there was only one other customer in the store at the time. Great customer service (Sarcasm)

Best bread, bagels and chocolate bread ever. Use to live here moved to Fl and couldn’t wait to pick up some bagels on my visit. Had to have their cheeseburger. Love this place.

It’s impossible for me to talk about a bad meal that I have had here, because it simply has not happened! The food is exquisite, no matter which meal you’re there for. The coffee is (almost always) out of this world, The variety and quality of desserts are outstanding, and the bread defies words. The prices on everything are incredibly reasonable. The staff is always super friendly. It is sometimes very crowded, but that’s more of a testament to the quality of this place, and to what an institution they are on Staten Island! The parking isn’t really the greatest, and sometimes the service can be a little slow, but overall, it’s one of my favorite places to eat brunch.

We had gone here for my brother in laws Birthday. Their food never disappoints. Always amazing and delish! Staff is wonderful, courteous, and super friendly. My only complaint is that we couldn't sit 9 people together bc it is too small, but the small quaint dining is what give Royal Crown its cozy charm. So I would not even call it a complaint. We still love them and their food. Definitely a must have if you have never been to the island. We will always be a loyal customer.

Always a pleasure coming here. Penne ala Vodka is my go to dish. But honestly its enough to feed two people. The servings are quite big so it’s definitely fun to come with 3-4 people and try out different things together.Decent pricing and their bakery items NEVER fail.Coffee is a plus!
